The service we provide
The Quick Fix Plumbing operates a free connection service. We help homeowners connect by telephone with independent third-party plumbing service providers. We do not perform plumbing work.
Independent-provider relationship
All plumbing work is performed by independent third-party providers. Those providers are not our employees, agents or partners. We do not control, direct or supervise their work, their personnel, their scheduling or their pricing.
No guarantees
- Calling does not guarantee a connection, appointment, price or arrival time.
- We do not guarantee the availability of any provider in any location or at any time.
- We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed by an independent provider, and we make no representation regarding a provider's licensing, insurance or qualifications.
Homeowner responsibilities
Before authorizing any work, homeowners are responsible for verifying the licensing, insurance and qualifications of the provider, requesting an estimate, and agreeing to pricing, scheduling and service terms directly with that provider.
Availability limitations
The service is available in select service areas only. Coverage varies by ZIP code, requested service category, time of day and participating providers, and may change without notice.
Pricing
We do not set, control or collect plumbing-service prices. The independent provider determines pricing after reviewing the requested service and property conditions.

Disputes with providers
Any dispute regarding pricing, workmanship, damage, scheduling or conduct is between the homeowner and the independent provider. We are not a party to that agreement.
