The four steps

- 2The homeowner provides the service location or ZIP code.
- 3The caller may be connected with an available independent provider serving that area.
- 4The homeowner discusses pricing, scheduling and qualifications directly with the provider.
What is not guaranteed
Calling does not guarantee a connection, appointment, price or arrival time. Provider availability changes by ZIP code, requested service, time of day and participating providers.
Who charges for the work
There is no charge to homeowners for using the connection service. Independent providers determine and charge for the plumbing work itself. Ask the provider for an estimate and approve the price before work begins.
